“The owner was very nice and prompt at responding. The house was comfortable. A little short on extras but suited our purpose. (there is not an ice maker, but she has a small ice machine that is not enough for 4 people- just one small example). ”

“This property is a house, the Vrbo is a two bedroom "studio" with adjoining units and shared common spaces. In fact, there are TWO apartments, plus the main house who all share a common hallway to the washer and dryer, either through an internal door or an external door that connects the outdoor living spaces.The "washing machine room" has a door with a half window, allowing the other tenants to an open view of the Vrbo's kitchen.The only bathroom is tucked away in a bedroom that everyone in the……

“Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. Joseph was very attentive to our needs and any issues were promptly resolved. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Absolutely beautiful house. Minor issue upon check in, the wrong entry code was given prompting us to reach out to guests services. Once the host was contacted, check in was simple. Other issues included the linen in two of the bedrooms were not changed from previous guests. Master bedroom and children’s bunk beds had previously used sheets on the beds. The floors throughout could have been mopped prior to our stay, we noticed upon walking barefoot and with white socks on. The master shower had……

“This was my second time staying at this property—first for a friend weekend and this time to bring my husband, son, and mom—and I expect it won’t be our last. Super easy getaway from the DC area for water views, a quiet area, and nature activities nearby. Stacy was helpful with recommendations for the latter, as well. We’re eager to stay again when the weather is warmer to get out on the water—but despite a chill, the home and views did not disappoint!”
