“Considering that we stayed at the hotel for four days, we were very disappointed with the housekeeping. Our room was only partially cleaned twice during our entire stay, and even then, only one of the beds was made. We also had to specifically ask for the room to be cleaned. The staff at the front desk were also quite rude. When we checked in, the employee made us feel as though she was doing us a favor by helping us rather than welcoming us as guests.
