"The home was beautiful, very clean and spacious. The back deck had a beautiful view of the canal and was very peaceful. Check in and out process was very easy. Owner was very communicative before, during and after our stay answering any questions I had. Location was perfect, just about 10 minutes from Ocean City, close to the beach and boardwalk. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return !"

"The house itself has ample room for a group, a nice location on a canal, a great neighborhood, and an enjoyable back screened porch and family room. Unfortunately, our experience was severely impacted by the condition of the property upon arrival. When we checked in at 5:00 PM, the house was completely uncleaned. There was food left on the floor, dirty tables, counters, and sinks, and every trash can was overflowing. The toilets were dirty, and the refrigerator contained left-behind items and smelled bad. We immediately messaged the owner through the app to report the mess. While the owner was responsive ("Really, I am really sorry. A contractor was there and said he cleaned the house. I can have the maid come by and clean the house"); then later explained there was a cleaning misunderstanding with a contractor, the resolution was highly disruptive. Because a local housekeeper was unavailable, the owner had to drive four hours to clean the property themselves. As a result, we - tired from an 8-hour drive and traveling with a dog - had to vacate the house late Sunday evening while it was being cleaned. We were finally able to access the clean home at 12:12 AM, more than seven hours after our arrival. Better communication and preparation prior to check-in could have prevented this incredibly stressful experience."

"This house worked perfectly for a golf weekend for 8 friends. Randi was very responsive during the booking process with answering questions about how this house could accommodate our needs for 8 separate beds. Kitchen has a good variety of dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. to prepare meals in. Drip coffee maker and Keurig made it convenient to ensure all the guys had coffee. Randi also was exceptionally helpful upon checking in addressing any questions immediately. Great house with an awesome host."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This a 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house that has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved how spacious it was, the location was great for our needs (we do prefer Assateague beach over the OC one and don't care to stay in OC). The kitchen was well-stocked, and all appliances were working properly. It is a quiet neighborhood, and the outdoor and indoor pool are a big advantage. Kids loved playing arcade and foosball in the evening (located in the community center) and going fishing.The property was clean, except for floors - I highly doubt that they were mopped since our feet were black from walking barefoot inside the house. Overall, 5 out of 5 experience. Highly recommend"
