“We booked this room and immediately received a text message from the manager there wasn’t any hot water. We just needed a place to sleep and for the kids to swim. Upon check in, the assistant General Manager Sarah, went above and beyond for us. She made sure to have good communication as to why there wasn’t any hot water.
