“Location”

“Price was right, but that was it. no breakfast as advertised, rooms are not sound proof, place is dirty. I would stay here again just save money.”

“My only concern was upon checking into room I found first floor window unlocked. That should not be the case.”

“Nice breakfast buffet. Room was ok, bathroom was dirty, air conditioner was horribly loud, rattled all night. However, Expedia charged me more ($123.30) than the hotel charged (112.04). Expedia would not refund the difference, saying they charged me the lowest rate for the booking, NOT TRUE! My final bill at the hotel was $112.04. Expedia refused to return the difference. I will never use their service again and tell everyone about this incident.”

“It appears the rooms and much of the hotel has been renovated. I don’t think they are quite done. But it has the modern Comfort Inn decor. We were disappointed that after checking in, they told us they had no breakfast (and they offered no discount). I then saw a sign hanging low at reception that indicated that they could not serve food because they don’t have the appropriate license. If that’s the case, then don’t advertise it as having breakfast and discount until the license is……

“Was a last minute stay, didn’t sleep well and the room and hotel itself is in some disrepair. The air did work well and room was cool at arrival.”

“Only issue was the amount of tv stations”

“This is a new hotel and everything around it (restaurants, gas, carwash, liquor store, etc.) was new also. The area was very new and seemed safe with plenty of food options very close by, within walking distance. We even ran our car through the carwash to get all the bugs off of it. The hotel was nice, clean and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good, also.”

“This hotel was ok it was clean it just really could use some updates ice machine was broke on the 1st floor so you had to go to the 3rd floor to get ice the pool was down all 4 days we were there the breakfast was basic at best and one day there was no eggs the staff was friendly and did the best with what they had.”

“Lady nice checking us in but our credit card won’t work and needed a PIN number. A sheet of glass between us so used cash in the end. Very run down and old compared to others we had seen in our travels. Booked later at night and won’t do that again. Non smoking room but you could smell from years of smoke ”
