“Room is clean, location is good, near many food options, easy access to many places. However, charged for the resort fee that covers breakfast, morning yoga, and parking, their breakfast is a joke, package pastries and cereal, all the unhealthy premade package food. But that is the only complaint, everything else is good.”

“Great value stay in Kauai, especially for families.
This is probably the best value hotel we’ve stayed at in Hawaii. It’s not a luxury resort, but it offers everything you need. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained without feeling outdated.
The location is a huge plus. It’s close to the airport and within easy walking distance to Coconut Marketplace, where you can find restaurants and a grocery store. Not needing to drive for meals or snacks was extremely convenient. The……

“The hotel is okay. It's not a fancy hotel with many amenities, which is fine because its price is competitive compared to other hotels on the island. In my opinion, it would be perfect if it were cleaner. The bedsheets and pillowcases were stained, as were some of the towels, and the shower was gross, especially the walls. The room also had a weird smell.
They offer complimentary coffee in the mornings, which is a nice touch. The AC worked perfectly, I didn't have any issues with parking (it……

“1. This is a privately owned unit 2417 within the resort and as such, the resort hands you key bracelets and you are on your own from there. No services from staff for your unit.
2. Upon arrival, the door to 2417 has the closer set much to tightly so it requires brute force to open and a shoulder to prevent slammed closures.
3. Serious neglect regarding painting of walls, ceiling and trim. The bottom of the bathroom door trim is rusted out and the door glide is missing.
4. The shower curtain is……
