House keeping came to clean our room twice, but they never fluff and straightened the bed linen. The only thing that was done for cleaning the room was clean towels and making the bed looked presentable upon entering the room. Overall, This is a beautiful hotel, location is amazing, and you cannot beat the breakfast package! I would consider staying here again if not looking to pay oceanfront price."
