“We arrived the day before the first Kona storm. First off let me say the unit was as advertised. Very nice with great view and everything you would need was there. When we arrived we terrible cell service at the hotel so I couldnt retrieve the email with the door code to get in the room(my fault shoulda printed the email before coming). The staff at the hotel said they could not help me even though I had the confirmation info. I had to leave and drive up the hill to where I finally was able……

“Beach was on the six floor we could se e alittle silver over the roof tops of the other building we could the bad canel really well ”

“Overall was an amazing experience, the location was great. The only thing we didn’t like was that the cleaning was very minimal. Dishes were not cleaned properly and random things like tv remotes were greasy and not cleaned properly as well. Other than that, everything was great!”

“Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Close proximity to whalers village. Lack of good options nearby and amenities on property but what they have they take pride in. Laundry was convenient and the thirds bed was good for our kids”

“Great location, well maintained and incredible views! We loved our stay at Jim’s condo and would absolutely book again. We saw whales and turtles off the lanai every morning, and the sunsets were just spectacular. While the beaches adjacent to the condo were nice, we enjoyed the ability to drive 5-10 minutes to explore the other beaches along the west coast from Kapalua to Lahaina. Great food and a Snorkel Bob’s within walking distance added to the convenience. Five stars all around.”

“Great location with a lot of amenities. Pools were great with direct access to the beach. Overall we had a great time and Amir was very responsive to our questions. The beach chairs and cooler provided were great. A little dissappointed that there were no boogie boards so you may want to confirm they have it if you are booking based on that. Also, while Amir was able to help us find the needed supplies, you should be be aware, which we were not, that you may need to bring your own toiletries as……

“This place was great. I would highly recommend it. It has a really nice private beach. We had an issue when we first arrived in the owner was easy to get a hold of and took care of it right away. My only wish was that it had AC but we really didn’t need it”
