We stayed at the property 12 years ago and enjoyed the restaurant then. We missed the breakfast at the resort and the dining room. Sorry to see ot becoming a time share. It is a lovely resort and enjoyed our stay.

Room was spacious and clean. Excellent view. Could not access wifi on any of our 4 devices. Concierge / front desk was not helpful solving the issue. Woken by a hotel wide blaring alarm. Turned out to be a false alarm. Second blaring alarm 45 minutes later. Second false alarm. Terrible stay. Will not stay here again and would not recommend.

This property was clean, quiet and right on the beach. The pool is large and the majority of it is 3.5 ft deep which is perfect for kids and for playing volleyball. We had no issues at all during our stay. If you opt in you can communciate and check out entirely through text with the front desk. During our February stay we could watch the whales right from our balcony.

The property is old and outdated with no restaurant. There was a pool side bar and walk up snack food place. That said, the rooms were simple and comfortable but had no full kitchens. We paid for an ocean front room, however we were placed at the furthest room away from the ocean with a peek-a-bo view of the ocean. It was direct, but it was limited. Friends that we traveled with did not pay for an ocean view, yet received a better view than we did.

Suite was a large space, clean, had all basic amenities and options for more, staff communication was excellent, location is excellent with a ocean front property and walking distance access to a beautiful Oceanside/beach walking path, grocery store across the street, and food truck area. Would recommend as an accommodation in the Kaanapali area.

The property is typical resort with expected amenities. My problem was with housekeeping. I know that covid has changed the way hotels do room cleaning. But, being there six days, it would have been nice to at least have the trash removed from the rooms once or twice. This did occur when I asked; but I had to bag up the trash, dirty linens, and make them available to the staff for pick-up.
