“Molokai is pretty laid back and not highly developed from a tourist standpoint, which is what we were looking for. The condo, which in its pictures looked a bit dated, definitely was when we got there. So no surprise. But we were disappointed a bit by what we encountered. Several missing or not working light bulbs. A ceiling fan in the bedroom that was either on or off, the chain control for how fast is turned wasn't working. “We love Molokai Shores, and were so happy to stay again for the first time since 2019. This unit was great, but looked like it had been sitting since being cleaned so there was a layer of dirt in the loft bedroom area and in the closets. The main bedroom, kitchen and showers were clean as were the sheets. We will still return, just wanted to be honest about our stay. ”

“Molokai Shores is a great place to stay on Molokai, and I've stayed there a handful of times. However, this unit seemed like it had been neglected. The floors were very dirty, the chair upholstery was visibly dirty, and the kitchen cupboards had German roaches. The unit is close to the parking lot and office, but isn't one with a view, which was ok. I think with a very thorough cleaning and perhaps some updating, the unit could be more inviting. However, suited my needs for a quick work trip.”

"员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。 第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。 5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。 最后一天退房，前台居然没人。 总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。"
