Las instalaciones huelen muy bien. Lo único es que sería mejor si abrieran los portones y los taxis o carros pudiesen entrar para recoger o dejar a las personas en la puerta principal y no en la calle de afuera. “Simple and comfortable hotel with everything you'll need. 15 mins away from the airport by taxi. Booked this place for a stop-over since we're driving to the south the next day. “As a solo traveler in Valencia for the first time, I really enjoyed the location of this hotel. I am a particularly light sleeper and didn’t have any trouble during the night. My room faced the small open square under the large mural, and the restaurant below closed by 10:30/11:00pm, so it felt reasonable. “Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
Upon arrival, the room had a strong sewage/drain smell. I immediately reported this to reception and requested a room change, but this was refused. Instead, I was told that a cleaner would attend the room.
The cleaner was friendly and professional and changed the bedding in front of us, but she was unable to address the underlying issue. A chemical product was used which appeared to mask the sewage smell rather than resolve it.
