The location was great but furnitures in the lobby were tired and the shower had black mould between tiles and floor. They need major clean up. Stayed in two star hotel for one night in Madrid during our stay and they shower was immaculate and yet the four star hotel didn’t deliver.

You can stay all day in the hotel using the outdoor pool or booking for the spa, food is a really good standard and staff are welcoming. The only complaint and disappointment is no kettle in room or tea and coffee. As well as complimentary water. You expect this in a 4 star. Also no iron.

This property is wonderful, so clean and modern. Excellent restaurants and shopping close by. If you a tourist like us the Hop on Hop of Bus stop is just across the street. Fantastic location!!! So close to the Park, Aquirum, Science Centre and the IMAX theater plus much more. Stop looking and just book it. I would go back in a heart beat!!

A decent hotel with nice staff. No English tv channels which was annoying. The lifts were a nightmare, on multiple occasions we had to walk up and down 6 flights of stairs. Good location. overall, a few small issues, but nothing major.

Great location for some main attractions. The centre was walkable via the park and so was the port. The hotel was clean and modern. The spa was about 18 euro. It was good but although it closes at 8pm, you have to leave by 7.30pm.
