Second stay here, room was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for both the city and beach, plus all kinds of dining options within 10 min walk. No glassware in the room (paper cups only) and no seating near the pool.

I have stayed at Hotel Primus many times. I love it. A predicable stay with no unwelcome surprises. Clean. Always friendly staff. The only thing missing is that they don’t seem to know I I have stayed there so many times and greet me - not as a valued guest, as other hotels do - as if I have never been there before. I wish when I stay that they knew me.

The hotel was very convenient in terms of transport, with the Valencia tourist pass all buses and metro are free. Science museum and Aquarium within walking distance, as well as 2 shopping centres nearby with food places. Whilst the hotel was mostly clean, the headboard for my bed was stained with some sort of sticky substance. Decor was clean, but dated and could use a bit of refreshing. No kettle available in the room, but available on request. Staff are very welcoming, patient and helpful. Noise insulation can be a bit of problem though, and curtains are shorter than they should be. Overall level would still be good, worth staying in.

Lovely hotel, corporate and so actually located in the business area. Staff really helpful. Old town is about a 40min walk as is the beach, or 8mins in a taxi. Right next to the aquarium. Would stay here again.

The thermostat in my room did not work manually, so I needed to speak with the front desk to adjust the temperature (which I only figured out after doing internet research from previous guests). The room had no iron or steamer and I was there for a business trip, which complicated things and clothes were more wrinkled than I prefer for work settings.
