“Laundry room”

“Towels & wash cloths were very DINGY, which calls into question the bed clothes as well. Also a complete lapse of communication /coordination between front desk shifts resulted in unnecessary stress and complication for check in of the 2 rooms I had reserved”

“The staff were friendly and professional. The lobby clean and inviting. Rooms were comfortable but seem somewhat dated. The room had been cleaned but it seemed in need of a deep clean. Not a bad place. Keep your expectations realistic and it's fine. I will say, I observed the onsite manager and interacted with her a couple of times. I would give her 5 stars. You can tell the staff do what they can with what they have. If your looking for a place to rest your head for a night or if……
