I purchased this room through your site because my son does not have a credit card. When he got to the desk they insisted he show a credit card to cover incidentals, $25\. They refused to give him the room. There is no place on your site to cover this additional requested expense and the Holiday Inn was unbending. I even called and asked to give them my credit card and they refused. However, when I called the bank, the total amount of my stay had been charged to my account. As for the rooms, there is always something undesirable — a shower and not a tub, a room with a noisy heating system, etc. The hotel staff I found to be exceptionally courteous and pleasant. Breakfasts are well above par for budget hotels. The convenience items were also exceptional, Overall, my stay was quite enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well maintained.
