"Everything was wonderful, the staff were friendly and helpful for my first time ever booking a hotel. Only thing id like to mention is the store/coffee kiosk was not open, the elevators were kinda shaky and the top floor toilet seemed to lack in flushing properly. These issues were not a completely troubling feature of the property. It was still a wonderful and pleasant stay nonetheless. "

"The front desk Justin Amd Jeany are super nice! Very patient, everyone is nice! So easy to go to universal studio or epic with the free shuttle bus, but make sure you book the day before first thing yiu wake up, they are quickly filled. "
