“Excellent stay at Hideaway Haven. Rental was exactly as advertised. Very clean and well stocked. Liked being in a nice, quiet, residential neighborhood but also close to everything. Enjoyed sitting out on the lanai under the trees on a nice warm evening. Had a little trouble with the WiFi that Suzy took care of very quickly. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in the area. ”

I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. “The property host was easy to get a hold of and addressed issues quickly. There wasn’t a coffee pot in the cottage when we arrived, so I alerted the host and he provided a new one that evening. When I alerted him that the A/C wasn’t working he did refund for the last two nights. He was apologetic and tried to have it fixed immediately, however he was not able to. Not for lack of effort. The only downsides were, the backyard property and yard surrounding the cottage needed to be cleaned up.……

“I have stayed here many times. The Tiny room is great to just sleep if you are going to be gone all day. It’s close to a bunch of restaurants, a grocery store and a lake. So if you need a comfy bed, a cup of coffee and a bathroom… this place works great. Not a ton of room because it is tiny, so pack lite. But get out and enjoy the area. The hosts are great. There were other guest who struggled with locking the main door and the hosts helped them right away. ”
