“Great location while I took a 3-day art/printmaking workshop at Shake Rag Alley Art Center. Lovely living room above High Street, plus an enclosed back porch with an electric heater for colder days. Comfy bed(s) and spacious kitchen with coffeemaker and coffee, plus an electric kettle & tea (my preference.) I didn't cook, but the kitchen is ready for those who wish to do so. ”

“I had a lovely week in downtown Dubuque. Check-in was easy. My 1st floor studio was comfortable, clean and safe. And while the combined bed/sitting area makes it a studio, it also has a large kitchen and nice bathroom. The bathroom has lots of open storage to keep your items within view and easily accessible, and the shower pressure was more than adequate for an older building. The unit is centrally located and within walking distance to any number of activities. I was easily able to navigate,……
