WE enjoyed the personal service and the menu and quality of food at the restaurant. Great amenities--loved the room and the view--we could have stayed longer!
The is Friendly staff, the hotel is in a great location, great breakfast freshly made with choices
The house itself looked pleasant enough and well maintained from the outside. It is well away from the nearest other houses - all out of sight, giving the impression of complete isolation. Sheep graze the fields leading up to the house from the road and a small stream provides background sound. Otherwise ...
Very friendly staff...excellent breakfast...comfortable room and plenty of hot water
Beautiful area. Could use more dining options. Manager (Paul) was very helpful
Land, Sea and Islands Centre is a great place to spend a few hours.
To arrive there, you'll have to travel 120 miles away from the national capital, Edinburgh, and into an area called Arisaig.
You'll notice there is a wonderful mix of shops and local eateries, such as Cafe Rhu (The Harbour, Arisaig), close to Land, Sea and Islands Centre. For something heartier, grab a table at The Old Library Lodge (Arisaig) and select from a range of satisfying meals.
Hop on a train to get to Land, Sea and Islands Centre with minimum hassle. The sight is within easy walking distance of Arisaig, the nearest stop.
