“The hotel is a few minutes walk from Mallaig train station, and the ferry terminal. There are two supermarkets and a few restaurants around the village so that one can easily get refreshments. I was amazed that the hotel is in a delicate traditional wooden decor, and has a relaxing garden terrace. I also enjoyed the window view a lot! The room was clean and it’s reception was excellent. I strongly recommend anyone who plan to visit any Hebrides islands, give the hotel a chance,.”

“For this level of stay I would expect shampoo and conditioner in the shower, face cloths, selection of tea (not just loose bags pushed in a cannister) and better blackout curtains. Having said that we had a lovely room with fabulous view.”

“Rooms were clean and comfortable, general lounge area was nice and breakfast was fantastic Only down side is no staff on site and check in 4pm with check out at 10am- remote check in means your code is not activated until 4pm and so no early check in availiable.”

“Perfect kings room, staff is very helpful and patient even experiencing massive power outage due to the severe storm. Breakfast is very nice and offers good grab and go breakfast.”
