“My room was perfect... On the first floor, just inside the exterior door and I had my bicycle, so it was very convenient. Staff was very nice and helpful with eating places... Good choice!”

“The pet-friendly rooms were noticeably worse than the standard rooms. They had a strong odor, there was dog hair throughout the room, and the overall condition and cleanliness were much lower quality than the non-pet rooms. If you’re traveling with a pet, I would not recommend staying here. When we raised our concerns about the condition of the room, the staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and rude, which made the experience even more disappointing.”
