The staff here was AMAZING. Everything was great but our staff interactions were by far the best part. We were there for our child’s medical appointment at Children’s Mercy and the hotel staff treated her like visiting royalty. We will 1000% be back here.

The hotel was new and nicely maintained. All the staff was friendly and helpful. We were just passing through town with a day at the zoo and this hotel was very convenient for us to get to and easy to get back on the road again.

The rooms are so nice and clean and the mansion is beautiful inside and out.

Very clean. Spacious lobby with several areas for gathering and chatting. Good breakfast and a surprisingly good evening happy hour, with not only beer and wine but also mixed drinks and hot food. Staff was all very pleasant and welcoming. Big parking garage with hotel entrances on every level.

We stayed over the weekend as a little getaway and it was the most amazing place we’ve ever stayed. It started with the check in, as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and friendliness. All the details of the hotel were shared with me. Was short but great - only struggle was parking bc my husband is disabled and all handicap places were taken bc hotel was very busy

I love this place. I’m a return customer and I’ve been to lots of hotels around this area. This is definitely the best place to stop and it’s a very reasonable price. Staff or super everything about it is great.

This was one of the best hotel stays that we have ever had. Every single employee we encountered was great. The hotel grounds were beautiful. The gym and indoor pool/ hot tub were probably the nicest we've ever seen at a hotel. All of the food we ate there was great. The linens on the bed were amazing. The only downside to staying there is that everything is very expensive. However, you get what you pay for!
