“Lovely 7 night stay and the house is super clean, spacious and very comfortable. Host responds quickly, check in was a breeze and simple. Location is in a quiet neighborhood. Backyard is huge! Beds are comfy and showers had great water pressure. Bathroom amenities are very nice and appreciated as I had forgotten to pack body lotion. Overall a fantastic stay and will book again as I travel to Olathe 3-4 times a year. Truly is a 5 star gem!!”

“The owner didn’t let us know when the garbage went out so come over to empty the can. I appreciated that but then let himself in to “ turn out the light “. The was a bat flying around in the basement with guano all over the floor. Parking was horrible with narrow streets and cars everywhere. We moved to a different property that was much better She offered to us. I don’t like to complain but it was ridiculous. I believe the owners or manager came in the property at least a couple of times while……

“The bedrooms/bathrooms and home overall was clean and presented well. If you have bad knees know there are steep stairs entry. Also split level with stairs upon entrance. The beds were comfortable. I communicated with property manager on concerns with exterior front yard and door entry had ton of leaves, from trees. They had a tote near front door full of mail. The backyard deck was filled with leaves and a mess. While it was cold and we were not going to be outside — we let the property manager……

“The property is nice overall, very clean, easy check-in, loved the location - but it was not our most comfortable stay. For example: There were not any trash cans in the upstairs guest bedrooms or bathroom, so any trash has to be brought down to a trash can. The master shower upstairs couldn’t get any hot water to it - other showers were backwards with the hot/cold flipped, but this one just didn’t have any hot water available. It said there was a fenced backyard, but this yard is not fenced -……
