“Easy access ”

“The entry way was not lit at night. The path going down was very hard for my sister who is in a cast, uneven and slippery. Couch was not comfortable. Couldn’t figure out how to lock the door. ”

“We absolutely LOVE this little house! It’s perfect for my husband, me and our service dog. It’s so clean and comfortable and a quiet little neighborhood. We love the trains that go by, too. Any time we stay in Olathe, the Mulberry House will be our number one choice. ”

“I have a couple of suggestions. The musty smell in the house might be helped by cleanng out the fireplace. You might add washcloths to the bathrooms - not everyone uses them, but some of us do regularly. The prompt response to the need for 8 lightbulbs in the house was appreciated - might want to check bulbs before the next customers arrive. Visitors should be aware that the two bathrooms in the house are small - if 8-10 people are living in that house, that should be a consideration. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooftop patio was such a standout feature — a great space to relax and enjoy the fresh air. The hot tub was clean and ready to go, which made it easy to unwind. The fire pit created the perfect setting for a cozy evening outside. The outdoor amenities truly made this stay special. Everything was well-maintained and comfortable. We’d definitely come back.”
