“I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.”

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was very impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. My room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
