Impeccable service from the property staff. The room carpet is old and smelled like mildew. The bathrooms aren’t the cleanest.

Staff was hit or miss. Initially the lady was not engaging at all and on the rude side. Later the gentleman we dealt with was very friendly. Room was musty and not well maintained. We had to purchase a spray bottle of air freshener for the room. Carpet was well worn and other signs of wear were visible.

Room smelled very humid & not very pleasing, floor was wet from the air conditioning unit, couldn’t walk around the room without shoes to avoid getting our feet wet. Called to see if they could switch us to another room. They were sold out.

We stayed here for our son’s graduation from Ft Sill officer training. The location is excellent because it is just a few minutes to Ft Sill. The hotel was very quiet. The King bed was comfortable. There was not a fridge or microwave in our room though which was a little unusual for a Hampton Inn. Breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly. The hotel could use some updating as the carpet is worn. Our shower door needed to be replaced. Other than that, it was a nice stay and I would recommend.

The staff in general wore all very nice professional & kind they made you feel like your visitting your family. Sink and shower were clogged, I reserved 2 rooms and she only had one. Put my friend in a cheaper room that someone else turned down because it wasn’t clean and didn’t offer to refund the difference. Place needs an overhaul.
