“The biggest problem I had was when I noticed there was a pile of chips underneath the side of one of the beds.The front desk personnel was very apologetic and sent housekeeping to completely clean the room again. We left for a few hours and returned to a clean room, I thought. The pile of chips were still in the same spot. I notified the same person at the front desk and she apologized again. No resolution. We asked the front desk for more towels and wash clothes as our room only had two of……

“I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.”

“The room was clean. The staff is always accompanying. The breakfast is well stocked and the kitchen is clean. I've stayed here on all my visits to Oklahoma and will continue to do so. Unmatched by any close hotels. 5 stars is warranted.”
