"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **10/10 Hotel Experience!** I had a great stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the **front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional**. The entire staff, including the housekeepers, were very kind and made sure everything was taken care of. The **rooms are clean, spacious, updated, and very comfortable**. I honestly have no complaints about the rooms. Everything is well maintained, and I especially appreciate that the hotel **always has a nice, fresh smell** throughout the property. One thing to be prepared for at check-in is a **$100 refundable deposit**. As long as there are no damages and no smoking in the room during your stay, the deposit is refundable. The hotel also has a **nice outdoor pool**, and the location is very convenient with **shopping centers and other amenities nearby**, which makes it easy to get whatever you need during your stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel! **10/10 from me**, especially if it fits your budget. Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms, convenient location, and a pleasant atmosphere. "I had a great stay. The room was clean and comfy and the shower was great. My only issue was that there weren't any sheer curtains on the first floor so I had to keep the night shade down the entire day for privacy."

"Front desk staff was helpful and responsive. Linen & towels were stained. Room service was not provided. There is a laundry room with snack and drink machines, but we did not utilize. Coins are needed. There is no ventilation fan for bathroom and the vent inside was damaged. AC is wall mounted but worked well. There is water leakage from the AC units flowing along the walkway outside some of the rooms. The pool is permently closed. Area was mostly quiet and near the interstate. Although we did not visit the National Park, it is approximately a 15 minute drive. Shopping stores are a 10 minute or less drive. Location is also less than 15 minutes from the University of South Carolina."
