“The room was nasty smelled of urine! Knats flying around! Ceiling was old panels with bugs! Just all around unsightly!”

“No one is available at the front desk to talk to over phone during late evening hours”

“First part of week was fine. Booked a room with king size bed. They wanted to refinish the bathtub and moved us to another room for the last 2 days. It was a double queen bed that was hard as a rock, couldn’t get very good sleep. Why not just leave us in the comfortable king size room for 2 more days and work on the tub after we check out”

“I tried this property about a year ago and said I would not return. I decided to give them a second chance and it was just as bad or worse this time. The sheets were dirty. The pillows were dirty. The towels hanging in the bathroom had boot prints on them, not to mention the roach on the floor. There won’t be a third trip.”

“A lousy truck stopped by the hotel, and it’s a Compressor Refrigeration Trucks! You have no idea how horrible this noise sounds like heavily! It all day long!”

“Old property. Toilet too low for average size people. property was old and depressing.”

“My biggest problem is parking. There is no hotel designated parking so parking on the street is a little bit of a nuisance.”

“The room was very large! Plenty room for family. The pool was beautiful. Also you can enjoy sitting around the firepit, there is an exercise room and also basketball area. Breakfast was excellent...It is large, alot of choices!!”
