Beds were clean but property was a little dated which gave it more of an unclean appearance than it probably actually was. It was quite and served the purpose so if you looking for a cheap place to get a nights sleep it’s ok. If you are looking for a nice more of

Room wasn't really clean as I had hoped. The Air conditioner unit didn't work. It's an older building and it shows it age. I only stayed one night and was out of the room for most of the time I was in town.

The owners were so rude, but everyone has bad days so I overlooked it. Then, when we walked into our room it smelled horrible, the floors were nasty! I immediately went to the nearest Dollar General to pick up Lysol wipes & Clorox! It was that bad!

The lights And lamps all did not work. No toiletries in bathroom to use. Exposed wires and latch on sliding door was not secured. Bathroom was disgusting. Bed linens looked like they didn't change them bc it was dusty and grass all over when pulled covers back. For what I paid for the room it wasn't worth the amount nor was the service I received this trip and I spend alot of money at this property each month. For $77.00 a night plus $20.00 cash deposit for week or two straight each month you think the rooms would be lil more up to date and clean.

One of the filthiest, bug-filled motels I’ve ever encountered. And, as added bonuses, the TV didn’t work and the door lock didn’t work.

Fish property is an older property but it's well kept. It's fraternal water so you can take a pole and walk down and try to catch a fish when you can catch any but we had fun trying. This is a bargain for the money The room was $76 and for that price I didn't expect for the guy. It was an excellent visit

For the first time we were asked if we wanted to see the room before we finish the booking I marked on the booking that I wanted to pay at the property, but hold it with my credit card that did not happen. I had already charged my credit card. Iguesshotel.com went through Expedia anyway the hotel was not family friendly people were living there right next-door smoking all kinds of rubbish on the floor the rooms were a mess. Bathrooms were very, very tacky and unclean. We did not stay. We had to get another hotel.
