“Had a lot here to use and The place was very cute. It’s good if you have small kids they have a lot for that sort of thing. Very clean as well”

“Fantastic group of people. We had an issue with our flights and they went above and beyond to help us out when we came in late. GREAT staff and GREAT place!!!”

“Everything was great. We would definitely stay here again.”

“I am disabled & the staff verbally & mentally abused me. They were convicting me of outrageous actions so much so I am throwing up and can't even drive right now... i spent so much money to stay here... & I am so heartbroken....”

“The property was easy to find. We arrived late and I was happy that the lights were on. Easy to find our room key and room. The big negative is our room was not cleaned. The beds were not made, there was some garbage in the room trash and the towels were used. Like I s”

“We stay at the Brook Wood Inn when visiting family in nearby Unity. This was our 2nd stay at the Inn and it is very relaxing place to stay. The common areas and kitchen is great, we always make our own breakfast and have a nice cup of coffee together each morning :)”

“Everything was perfect! Cozy place, comfy bed, hot shower, coffee in the am and location was perfect for skiing!”

Coffee maker quit - nobody to help us or to inform on site in the moment Reservations were a mess due to "responses" from Expedia (our booking service), VRBO, and "Hosteeva" - the last 2 of which we never used! Who is in charge and why are they not there? The system sucks.”

The facility was nice, i liked being able to come and go as i pleased. ”

“I love this place - the only issue was the heater in the room would not regulate - it was a steady 79 degrees no matter how much we tried to lower the thermostat. We followed instructions but we could not lower it”

“This property is a good value. I would stay here again.”

“It was so relaxed and nice. We had a room with our three children. It was lovely. We didn’t take advantage of the kitchen, but it looked really nice.”

“The directions to the property were vague, and the property wasn't too well marked,so initially we were at the wrong place. As a result, the key code didn't work, and we were unable to reach anyone by phone for a good hour. We were redirected to the actual property, which was clean. There weren't any pieces of out door furniture for the deck, and there wasn't any way to make ice. The bedrooms and bath were nice and we're clean. Also, had we been staying for a week,it would have been good to have……
