"The first room I was assigned to had a very foul odor, but Todd at the front desk was extremely kind and accommodating and switched me to another room.Thank you Todd! Once I was moved to a different room, everything was great. The room was clean and comfortable. They even extended my checkout time. Overall great stay for the price. "

"The staff were so kind, we loved talking with Eric, and the staff at the bar. We felt safe while we stayed here for the Zach Bryan concert, it had just been a tad disappointing that our room wasn’t ready at 4 instead after 4:30, but they gave us tickets for the bar and that helped while we wait. Overall great experience, we’ll be back. "

"Excellent hotel, great staff especially the valet staff. The irons and ironing boards where poor. We tried 3 times to get a useable set and gave up on ironing a dress. Everyone of the staff tried very hard to help. We had a clean room overlooking the Mudhens baseball field. Great view!"

"Sarah, who checked me in was both pleasant and terrific! She is also a fantastic multitasker! Matt had a very contagious and congenial disposition. I watched him maintain composure and professionalism while being tested by a rude guest with an unreasonable request. He made sure our stay was to our liking! The Hot tub is nice and big. The pool area closes late for adults. No kids allowed at 10p to close! I couldn’t believe my ears! Amazing! Every hotel should do this! The refrigerator in the room is nice and cold. Breakfast is solid. The gentleman that managed it was fast and polite. He never let any food run out. M&M cookies greets every guest. Bedding isn’t in the rooms for the sleeper sofa. I found that to be inconvenient. Fitness room is well-equipped with a water cooler! Ice machines are plentiful and in great working condition. The swimming pool is advertised as heated in the amenities section of the Hotels webpage. It was cold. Jumping in was a SHOCK to me and the kids. The room is stylish, comfortable and has great blackout shades. "

"They let us know there were potential air conditioning issues in our room upon check in but by the time we got back from dinner, all was fixed. Staff was very kind. Very nice rooftop bar. "
