“Pool is drained and non-operational. Room was VERY dusty! Cobwebs hanging from the side of the artwork on the wall to the wall itself. Ambient light fixture in headboard was covered in a layer of dust that was at least a month old, as were other flat low-touch surfaces. For $200/night, I expect a room that is CLEAN and where it is obvious that it has been cleaned thoroughly, not just cleaned with a lick and a prayer.”

“Room was large, had an adjoining door to the next room, but we didn't have anyone in that room. Coffee was good. Continental breakfast. If you try to check in before 3 p.m. you will be charged extra. I didn't see that on their website. Hotel needs sprucing up. It's dated. Outside area needs some love, but overall, we slept well.”

“Hotel is VERY dirty... poorly managed lifeguards play on their personal phone more than they do their job. They have SERIOUS ELECTRICAL ISSUES.... only half the water park worked and not the part with the main attraction , the only thing working was the lazy river and the kids ankle deep water. If you ask speak to a manager you're gonna be told ten different stories. Our room had food and clothes still on the floor when we checked in i'm gonna ask for a manager again , when we checked out and……

“This hotel is just "fine". Our air conditioner did not work well at all and TV is small. Room was otherwise comfortable. This was a room we switched to because the first room did not have some working lights. My parents stayed in a room a couple fo doors down and their air conditioner worked but was extremely loud- I don't know how you could sleep with it going it was that loud. Pool water was dirty and cold but there were always towels available. Breakfast was well done and lasted until……

“Terrible. Everything about this place sucked. Tv didn’t work. Phone didn’t work. Toilet was clogged. Black hairs in shower and sink. Drilling at 5 a.m. Horribly located. Can’t warn everyone to avoid this place like the plague.”

“I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Wi-Fi and breakfast were included, and the hotel offered great value for the price. Everything was almost perfect except for the desk chair. The wheeled chair was uncomfortable and made it difficult for me to work. I would suggest providing traditional four-legged chairs, as they are more durable, stable, and cost-effective. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.”
