“A weekend in Detroit can be costly, but the Red Apple Inn offers a decent reprieve from the pocketbook breaking stays nearer town. I liked it just fine with the traditional box springs, public restroom style toilet (u-shape seat and handle flush), and lack of hangers — though a closures rack is included. The staff was great and the Red Apple Restaurant was deceptively delicious.
Would my wife choose to stay here? Good question, but I’m glad I did.”
