“Everything was good and satisfactory. Location near the sea and the resort pool was amazing. Staff kind, friendly and helpful. Enjoyed tennis and archery. Our holiday was ruined by theives the day we left the resort in the theme park carpark minutes after we left. This had a very bad effect on us. The police was not helpful and couldn't care less.”

“The house is simply beautiful and perfectly maintained, the garden and terraces are super nice and comfortables, breakfast was amazing and the service couldn’t be better. The location is excellent and parking was great. We would recommend it for single travelers or families. Rafaela was really nice.”

“Gorgeous. We stayed here on our way to Rome for some relaxation and it was perfect. There aren’t too many rooms, but it is a huge property so you feel like you have the place to yourself. 2 pools to choose from and a hot tub. The hot tub wasn’t very warm but maybe wasn’t turned on. They give you a little sheet to fill out what you want from breakfast, and it it straight from their garden and very abundant - and free! Gorgeous place would stay again.”

“Abbiamo dovuto cambiare camera 3 volte. Ogni volta qualcosa che non andava. Dal phon rotto in camera, ragnatele ovunque. Ma la cosa peggiore é stata quando nel cambio della camera, perche la precendete era sprovvista di phon, ci siamo ritrovati con una camera invada da moscerini. Il bagno pieno di moscerini addirittura ce li siamo ritrovati in bocca. Abbiamo ricambiato camera e quasta aveva il letto completamente sfondato. Esperienza terribile, credo che manchino le normali regole di……

“Au calme ce country house est très agréable car un peu excentré du tumulte et de la foule de Rome. Idéalement il faut avoir une voiture pour profiter pleinement de l’endroit. Garer vous à Ciampino stazione (6,90€ la journée avec Easy Park), 1,50€ pour 10 minutes de train et vous arrivez à Tremini d’où partent tous les bus (1,50€ les 100 minutes) et à vous Rome si vous avez de bonnes chaussures. Chambre spacieuse et très calme, buffet de petit déjeuner parfait avec tout ce qu’il faut sale comme……

“Room had a very nice, large balcony with 4 chairs with a view of the beach and sea which is across the street from the hotel. The room is not fancy but good. The air conditioner worked very well. There is no parking lot or garage (the ad on expedia is misleading on that) and you have to park on the street (which can be full) at a meter. But overall it was a good place to stay.”

“Accueil très chaleureux, chambre propre et lit confortable. Juste un suggestion d'ordre écologique : supprimer les gobelets en plastique dans les salle de bain et dans la salle du petit déjeuner et proposer des fruits au petit déjeuner. Sinon tout était parfait ! Je recommande +++++”

“Not a modern and new hotel but very clean and nice staff. Not far to Rome, and with acceptable price and quality. Nice and smiling staff. Easy to park, maybe due to the low season. The light was white in the room, we don't like in night. The water flow in bathroom is somehow weak.”
