When we got there we was hit by 'city tax' to which I was unware but this was my fault due to not reading fully..when I ask "where is the pool?" They said the pool is closed on a winter nothing in the booking stated this and having a pool was one major reason why book the hotel. Getting there no staff giving recommendations where to go. Then when my suit case broke its wheel I ask could disposed of the old one so i coukd buy a new and they refused. Which means i had travel with a broken case back home. In one of our final days we went pompeii and ask if they know of a tour guide, the recommended me one but didnt know the price and couldn't get in contact with them. They said they will call me in the morning with information but they never did. Sevice staff was lax in actual sevice.l however the cleaning staff did an amazing job daily. Please train reception staff on customer service. Cleaner staff did a great job! Xx

Very good location! Nice place. Room was nice but small. Bathroom very nice. advertised as Coloseum view, but we had to go out on the small balcony for the view. Loved the rooftop pool and bar, though the pool closed for the season on our first day.
