Cute balcony which was private. Great blackout screens. Staff was friendly and helpful, and a huge breakfast was included. Room was beautiful and clean. We had a Q room. The hotel bar was lively and had a good dj. Great location not too far from tourist sites but near plenty of cafes. The only negative was the shower in the room - water got everywhere and was awkward. Caulking needs to be replaced and was moldy.

Very convenient location next to the train/bus stops and main train station. Breakfast had a wide variety of foods to select from. Clean, spacious and air conditioned rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were a good sz, however air did not work well and you were given two water bottles for your entire stay. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything. Patio is very small and not much of a view Amenities are close by , as well as transportation. If I was wanting a superior room I would have wanted and expected more than just a bed.

Staff were helpful and friendly, our children loved the decor, breakfast was good and a decent selection. All our tourist sights were within walking distance for our family. Flat fee of 55 euros to airport and was arranged by the hotel staff.

Just a 1 night stay but found this property was slightly on the outskirts of Trastevere and we had to walk through some dubious areas to get to the restaurant area. Room was clean and a good size but the overflow drain on the wash basin should have been cleaned better. It was black with mold/mildew around it. The bed was a great size and comfortable and the A/C worked really well. Our room had a large balcony. The included breakfast was great. Lots of selection to choose from.

Located close (walking distance) to the center of Travastere (which is helpful after an evening of great food and a few limoncellos). Our room was clean and ready when we arrived. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was quite something! Food was delicious and well prepared and a good variety. To be a bit nit picky.. the Hot Chocolate machine produced sub-par hot chocolate and for a country that makes great delicious and thick hot chocolate, honestly, that is embarssing. However, if don't drink HC, you have nothing to worry about!
