“Clean”

“The room is clean, but it has a musty smell. The bath towels are stained, and there was poor communication. I was supposed to get email 24 hours in advance to check in, but I didn’t, so I had to call the host. Thankfully, she replied promptly. Other than that, the room is quiet, and the price is reasonable.”

“As soon as we opened the door a musty stale air met our sense of smell then sitting on the cloth covered couch lots of food particles/crumbs on it,sent lots of pictures to the host and said I can send somebody to clean it at 7pm,so we declined instead we vacuumed it ourselves.The porch was covered with cherry pink blossoms and dried old leaves,the mat in front of the door has not been lifted fir a while evident by dry old dirt and dust.Trying to cook the pots and pan were rusty and old scratched...

“We’ve stayed here before and absolutely love the location, the hot tubs, and the vibe. We will return, but there is definitely some room for improvement. 1. The linens bag for the futon was missing a sheet. Just one sheet in the bag. 2. Behind the futon is gross, dirty with trash still there. 3. Microwave had a plate of chicken from previous guests. Still there. 4. Mold at the base of the shower is out of control. 5. They are not onsite and have a chat system on Expedia to message, but they...
