“Our stay at Shalai was outstanding from start to finish. We received a warm welcome from a genuinely friendly and professional team. The hotel is set in a beautifully restored historic mansion on a quiet street, creating a peaceful and elegant atmosphere.
Check-in was effortless. Our online check-in was fully recognized, so there was no need to repeat the process. No credit card was requested and payment was deferred until checkout, which was a pleasant surprise.

“Que dire : Giuseppe et sa fille sont adorables ! Le logement est spacieux, tout était niquel. Nous avions une cuisine à disposition.
Giuseppe nous a préparé des sandwichs pour notre ascension de l'Etna le lendemain (il a une boucherie à 100 mètres du logement) + nous a préparé un repas le soir !
Si vous voulez passer un moment dans un village typique + déguster les fameuses salsicia préparés par des personnes gentilles et généreuses --> foncez !”

“A really well-equipped room with good quality fittings. Such a beautiful location and well-kept grounds. Staff very friendly too. Negatives: WiFi did not work in our room and the swimming pool was very cold.”
