“Refurbished rooms were a joke. Couldn't see any TV because we were not given the password for the internet. My bed had a section that made you feel like you were in a hole which was near the edge of the bed and a hump in the middle. Never could get comfortable. The second floor room was very small, and pretty run down, not at all like the pictures. Took 3 days, only lasted two, because we needed to get out of the hotel. I would not recommend this for anyone looking for comfort, all in all it's……

“I ENJOYED STAYING HERE, BUT WE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AT THE RESTAURANT RHUM HOUSE .. I ORDERED A DRINK AND REQUESTED A CERTAIN BOURBON AND THEY GAVE ME THE HOUSE BOURBON INSTEAD I NOTICED WHEN THEY WENT TO CHARGE ME THE MORE EXPENSIVE INSTEAD OF THE HOUSE .. I CONFRONTED THE BARTENDER AND HE WAS VERY POLITE AND APOLOGETIC THAT WAS ONLY THE BEGINNING WE ALSO ORDERED A STEAK TO GO AND THE WAITRESS FORGOT TO PUT IT IN THE ORDER IT WAS A BAD NIGHT FOR THIS WAITRESS AND THEY REALLY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING……

“The parking area is huge compared to the number of rooms for rent. Only met the property manager on check-in. Very nice. Has lived in the Keys for over 40 years. The window A/C was very strong and lound for the small space. The room was small but included 2 very nice bed end tables, TV, Refrigerator, but no freezer, round table and chair and of course a TV. The tiled floor was a nice touch. Very clean. The buildings a spread far enough apart you don't hear much from the other renters. ”

“We loved our stay here. We had a beautiful room with an amazing view of the ocean and the pool. Everything was super clean everywhere! It was extremely well kept. The complementary breakfast was amazing in the morning. And the little store has everything you need. The little gift shop was great as well the restaurant under the tiki hut was delicious too! I highly recommend this place two pools open till 10 PM jet ski boating fishing and right across the street from the hotel we saw the most……

“We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in the family suite. Check-in process was a breeze. The staff were friendly. The rooms were clean, no off odors, beds were comfortable, plenty of space to move around and specially for the kiddos to play. I really enjoyed the balcony area. Although we had access to a kitchenette (with a full size fridge) I didn’t get to use it, but if I would’ve stayed longer I would have definitely taken advantage of it. A restaurant is accessible by a short walk……

“Yes, it was a wonderful experience. The location was not the best behind a Publix and the staff was terrible and you can’t fish off the boats. There’s no cleaning products and nothing was cleaned during our four days day. Otherwise it was great. We had a great time a light broken screen came off stuff like that but otherwise yeah, we had a great time, but I think they could be more friendly and they can allow you to fish off the house but they could help you with the kayaks and not be rude I……
