“This is really neat and a unique find. The dinner at salt and ash we had was amazing! We were upgraded to a villa and it was decent but the downstairs bathroom was locked and it needed some better cleaning in the bathrooms upstairs and towel racks!!! It wasn’t horrible, but not the best…. I didn’t like also that we couldn’t use cash on property and when we upgraded we had to then take a golf cart back and forth to the main building and we never could get singles or $5s to tip the golf cart……

“The property is beautiful and tucked away from the main strip. Quiet resort, clean rooms, beautiful sauna and beach area. The seaweed was bad this year and so it smelled terribly, but that's all on mother nature. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, dog friendly, overall a great experience. Plenty of food options on property and happy hour during the day. No bell service which is why I took off a star... the elevator was out when we were leaving so had to haul suitcases down 3 flights of……

“My room was the Twilight garden view suite. My travel companion stayed in the waterfront Manatee room. Both are sparkling clean, had plenty of bath linens, and a good supply of drinks and snacks. We kept the car in the very convenient parking directly below my suite. There is also plenty of parking at the waterfront rooms. My bed was really comfortable with a variety of pillows for most preferences. The bed linens are good quality. I used the bed in the sitting room for reading and a……

“Cheeca Lodge is my absolute favorite place in The Keys The property is gorgeous, I love the amenities, the complimentary kayaking, bikes & champagne for Mother’s Day was such a nice touch The rooms are so cozy, just love it there. Ask for Rob at the pool bar, he makes a great drink!”

“Property has main resort approximately 1 mile from the bayside villas. This was not advertised as such, as description made it appear properties were closer. Main resort has more amenities. Our villa floor was dirty throughout, appliances dirty. Advertised as 2 bath, but only 1.5. Wall in half bath covered in unknown substance/residue. Pool at villa dirty upon arrival. Despite all of this, staff was very nice. I reported the issues and team cleaned villa while we were out first day. Maintenance……
