"Overall a great beach hotel - very nice staff and dining options. Small nits to pick - the room could use more hooks to hang up bathing suits and such after use and there's a big ice machine on the 2nd floor but no ice bucket in the room."

"Have always loved LBI but to stay in the heart of the island at a beautiful welcoming hotel made our stay that much better. Quick easy walk to the beach, badges included, was able to get the badges before check in allowing us to take full advantage of the beach. Will definitely return "

From check-in to check-out, the communication with the owner was absolutely fantastic—friendly, responsive, and super helpful every step of the way.The layout of the property worked perfectly for our group. The teens loved having their own separate space, while the little ones stayed upstairs with us, which made it easy to keep an eye on them. It honestly felt more like a tropical compound than just a house—tons of space to spread out and relax.The backyard was a dream, and the garage-turned-barn was such a fun and unique entertaining spot. We spent a lot of time out there just hanging out and enjoying the vibe.Everything was super walkable, including the beach, which was only two blocks away—an easy stroll for both the young and the older folks in our group. "Our first motel stay at the Sea Horse was great. Staff was friendly, motel was in a great location. The room seemed newly renovated the beds were comfortable, it was a cozy little room. The pool was a nice touch, we were only in the room for sleeping mostly and it was just right for our family. "
