“Daniel runs a great property in spring lake, 5 minute walk from the train, cozy with the essentials (beach chairs and badges) provided for. You can spend the entire trip without need for a car if you like to walk. 10-12 min walk to beach or 10 minute walk to town. Very safe, residential neighborhood. “We stayed at this property over Easter weekend 2024. The rental was very clean and in a beautiful neighborhood, within walking distance to the beach which had a well maintained boardwalk which made for easy walking. Short drive to numerous restaurants in Belmar and Asbury Park. Very nice and spacious private bathrooms with walk in showers adjacent to each of the 3 bedrooms. Nicely handicap accessible. Slight issue with the listing indicating a hot tub as an amenity but this was admirably……

The VRBO Host provided a quick response regarding our request for an iron. Honestly, I only have good things to say. If I had any ideas to make the stay better, the only thing that would be very above and beyond would be leaving a list of places to eat in the off season. “House was in a great location. Everything was 20 mins or less from the house: Wildwood, Cape May downtown area, the zoo, the ferry, or even aviation museum. The hot tub was really nice. The neighborhood is quiet. The house was super clean. Slight issue with check in that was resolved rather quickly.”

“The place was quite charming. Proximity and walking distance to downtown is exceptional. You can be to just about anywhere within downtown Lambertville within 10-12 minutes. Hosts are quite responsive. The house is quite beautiful, lots of details. We’d recommend brighter lighting and disclose that the TV is a tiny one located in the far corner of kitchen toward ceiling, making it unconducive to LRoom movie watching.”
