“The hotel is quaint and charming, and we enjoyed having a room with a nice view. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location is excellent, with great proximity to the ferry. However, the biggest downside was the lack of soundproofing. We could hear noise from the other rooms throughout the night, which made it difficult to get a peaceful night's sleep. Overall, a lovely setting and convenient location, but the noise level was disappointing.”

“Wow, I cannot say enough about my wife's and my stay, and it's rare for me to write a review (good or bad) for any property. The host is clearly a student of human behavior and accommodated our needs in unexpected, and most pleasing ways. Breakfast was delightfully tasty and home-cooked by the host, and his recommendations for local restaurants were impeccable.
