Greenleaf is a comfortable cozy bed and breakfast near everything in downtown Long Beach. Hotel is over 100 years old, but it has all the comforts of home. Everything is updated and newer. This is a perfect choice in downtown Long Beach!

This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Long Beach downtown. The lady at the front desk, named Bree, was fantastic and helped me with a smooth check-in!

The hotel was exceptionally beautiful. My wife and I stayed there and upgraded to an AC room. It offered numerous amenities; the lounge had a wide selection of snacks, and we enjoyed a delightful breakfast. I was impressed by the renovations and plan to become a regular guest. Jay was fantastic at check in, very helpful and very happy person, thank you Jay and Greenleaf Hotel for a great stay!

I was skeptical because i know there was no AC. When i checked in they gave me offer to pay 35 more for an AC room and it was well worth it since the room was modern and had unique amenities i havent seen before like lounge and vitamin c showers. The lounge had asmazing breakfast. The advertised it as continentel but it seemed to be more then that. They had amazing waffles and spinach and egg ferttia that were good., Even the donutes and the bacon egg and cheese sandwich was great! I mean its not like a westin or hampton inn type of breakfast but for what you pay its a bang for the buck since they had non alcholic beverages and in addition afternoon munchies. will be back

This hotel impressed us with its excellent amenities, including complimentary shuttle services and top-notch room service. We were upgraded to an air-conditioned room that came with many perks, like a free continental breakfast. The breakfast offerings were varied and changed daily, featuring delicious items like waffles and French toast. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and I can't wait to come back!

This hotel boasts impeccable amenities that kept us thoroughly impressed. From complimentary shuttle services to excellent room service, they had us hooked. We were also upgraded to an air-conditioned room with numerous perks, including complimentary continental breakfast. The breakfast spread was extensive with waffles, French toast, and a variety of other items, and the menu changed daily. I would definitely love to return here in the future.

I loved the hotel! We even got upgraded to a room with air conditioning, which came with a ton of great amenities. The upgrade included lounge access, where we enjoyed sparkling water, evening snacks, and a continental breakfast in the morning. For just a $30 upgrade, it was an incredible deal compared to any hotel I've stayed at before.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Jay was very helpful and informed me of all the amenities the hotel had to offer. I was aware of the current reconstruction of the facility, however that was not an issue for me. Leo was also very helpful as well, helping me store my luggage for the day. — This place is a hidden gem! A place where I intend to come back to. I will say that the surrounding areas seem kind of sketchy, however they are located in a really great spot! Near a grocery store, I was also able to navigate public transportation super easy as well. The Pike Outlets and Convention Center is also a 15 minute walk away, which was nice. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Great staff!!

The hotel is situated in the heart of downtown Long Beach, surrounded by numerous cool hangout spots. They offered us an upgrade to their higher-tier rooms for just $30 plus tax, which included amenities like air conditioning and access to a lounge stocked with soft drinks and sparkling water, among other cool perks. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helped us choose excellent dinner spots. I'm grateful to Greenleaf employees for making my stay absolutely FANTASTIC.

When I say I have never been to a hotel cooler than this, I mean it. I was leaving for a cruise and needed a room for one night when I discovered the hidden gem of Long Beach. They offer numerous amenities, and the staff are incredibly friendly. I met a gentleman named Jay who was so attentive; he even inspected the room to ensure everything was perfect. They gave us the option to upgrade for a minimal cost, which we gladly accepted. The amenities were endless, and the lounge hooked me with its snacks, juices, morning sandwhiches, and much more. I will definitely return to stay here. Thank you, Jay, and thank you, Greenleaf, for making my stay excellent.

Good and clean place to stay but parking is a little inconvenient as it's over a block away and is shared with another hotel so if you get in late you may not get a parking spot. Nice room, clean and not much noise.

The guy in morning shee or something was very dull and did not seem to care so much about guest. But all the other staff were ssuper friendly. I normally stay at other hotels near by like the bestwestern but this is my new go to hotel. It is chic modern and has luxury touches with a lounge and continentel brekfast if you purchase the package. The lounge was nice to do work ands they have an amazing water machine that has diffrent flavors which i have never seen in my life, also they have free non alcholiuc beverages and in the evening they also have some snacks. Just for $160 this is worth much more then marriotts

Overall, my experience was good. Staff is super nice and friendly. Only issue I do have is that there is no landline phone available in the rooms nor is there one available in the front lobby. I had visited a friend who just recently moved to that area and so I lost my phone while I was out there visiting and didn't realize it till late at night and so I was without any way of being able to make any calls or get a hold of anybody . I did Go to the front lobby to ask if I may borrow their front desk phone so I may call my friend to see if I had left my phone with her. But I was informed by staff that due to their policy they are unable to make outside calls from their only landline phone. Which part of me understands policies and protocols. However, it is not a good nor safe idea that there is no available land line for guests to have access to. The staff was apologetic about the issue and did bring it up to their Management, But it was a bit unsettling to be in a unfamiliar new area with no Access to a phone. To be fair, they did let me use the computer that was in their lobby area and I was able to print directions to my friend's house in that area in case it was needed for the next day. But other than that the stay was nice. Staff is very super friendly. I will say parking is a pain. Their parking structure is about a 3 to 5 minute walk that is shared by another hotel.
