Overall good service. Front desk very helpful. Clean surroundings and room. Valets friendly. Would like an ironing board/iron with room. Also, parking lot next to building - cash only lot - has a RUDE attendant who did not explain parking procedures, just demanded more money. Informed me to “watch if” in a very threatening tone. Hotel needs to do something about that.

It is a convenient hotel if you are staying in Downtown. Really close to museums and Union Station. Facilites are a little bit rusty but in good conditions. It is comfortable and they offer daily room cleaning.

Clean and comfortable. Great location. Nice staff. Only negatives are the rooms are a bit small for getting work done and the walls are a bit thin if the guest next store is loud.
