It was a decent and clean. Only issue was that the place is also used for short term rental. The previous residents cooked a lot of curry. It was smelling curry

In general our stay was nice at Level, and will definitely still choose this hotel in the future trip to LA. It is very recommendable for every reason of stay! The only thing was- i got the VIP access but i did not received any of it. So if you do have the vip access don't wait for them to offer it- ask for it.

I reserved a room with 2 king beds , checked in and got a room with one bed. Had to go back down with all my stuff and notify them of this. They then changed my room but told me I can’t use the bathroom because it’s not working. So they gave me a separate room to use only the bathroom. There were ppl laying on the floor when we exited the elevator to the room. The hallway was smelly and gross. The ambiance and cleanliness of the hotel is deteriorating!!! Please do better. And to top it of they had no wine to give with my offer so why advertise if they can’t bring forth what’s supposed to be given.

First time staying and it was great it’s in a nice area within walking distance of stuff the staff was great checking in and out was nice and quick the room was great clean and roomy i had a great view of the pool the basket ball court and the little movie spot they have for you to watch outside if you want. I like how I believe it was like security patrolling the premises I enjoy sitting on the balcony just taking it all in I will definitely stay again

Took too long to give us towels over an hour of calling which made us late. They never cleaned the room or even took out the restroom trash. The refrigerator smelled like onions. We asked for a blanket for the sofa bed and they said they didn’t have any because the facility was at capacity which is not our problem. They should have been able to accommodate our needs as well as everyone else’s.

Great stay, staff was accommodating and always willing to help with any request. The property in itself was awesome, pool, jacuzzi, basketball court, movie nights, everything was wonderful. The surrounding areas are also safe and everything you need is within close proximity. Would definitely stay here again.
