Nice service but the room is not as presented.

Staffs are nice. But the room itself is quite old, pictures on the website should be updated. If you are just looking for a place to stay around the Grove area, it’s a good choice.

Reminds me of my college dorm room.

Good location. Room size is good for 1 or 2 persons. Nice to have an underground parking garage for visitors. But large vehicle should be cautious because the entrance/exit of the parking garage is only for small to mid size cars.

Calidad precio es increíble Es un hotel que va directo a lo que necesita un viajero, un cuarto limpio, con aire acondicionado y baño (si eres de los que necesita espacio no es para ti). Zona increíble para ir a plazas y trasladarse, litera hay paradas de bus frente al hotel. El desayuno es bastante simple pero por el precio no te puedes quejar. Gracias a todo el personal por su gran servicio !

We appreciated the free parking, which made our stay very convenient. However, the room was a bit small for the price, and we noticed some flies and fruit flies. Additionally, some of the staff could be more friendly. The property also does not have a pool, which we had hoped to enjoy. There are several areas that could be improved for a more pleasant experience.

Property is clean but smell is bad. Breakfast is complimentary I understand but it wasn’t good.. Couldn’t drink the coffee at all. Staff was good.

The pictures are catfishing. The decore is the same as in the photos, but the actual hotel quality looks completely different than the photos. The door had a gap in it and didn’t close all the way so I could hear all the outside noises. All we did was check in and get ready then we left for the night, once we came back there were roaches in the bathroom, in tote bag and near the nightstand. We checked out immediately, had only been checked in from 4pm-1am and still had to pay for 1 full night. They placed a hold on both my debit card that I swiped for payment at check-in hotel and my credit card which I held the reservation for at the time of booking.

Subject: URGENT Complaint – Child Injury, No Staff, Security Breach – Full Refund Request Booking #704889130 | Itinerary: 73137103274861 Dear Expedia Support, I am submitting a formal complaint regarding my stay in Los Angeles (June 12–15, 2025) due to multiple severe safety and service failures. 1. My child was injured in the hotel room – on June 13, while lying on the bed, my son sustained a bleeding facial injury due to dangerous furniture (bed structure or sharp edges). The bedsheets were stained with blood. I have attached photos. 2. On June 14, when we returned late at night, we were locked out of our room. There was no staff on-site, and only a handwritten note said “Front desk on break until further notice.” We waited outside for 3–4 hours with a child, unable to access our room. 3. The property was completely insecure – the exterior doors were left open to anyone, and there was no security or staff to control access. Anyone could enter from the street. This created a serious safety risk, especially at night. I tried to contact Expedia via chat multiple times, but your agents either ignored the issue or disconnected the conversation without resolution. I am requesting a FULL refund of $816.91 and a formal investigation into this property. It was unsafe, unmanaged, and dangerous for families.
