"The was one of the best places that I have rented with VRBO. We are three women and felt very safe here. There are three The kitchen modern and the everything that you need to cook there were snacks and water with a note to help ourselves. That was very welcome because we didn't go shopping until the next morning. The washer and dryer is good size and new. "This property was located only a little over 3 miles from Henningsen Lotus park. 20 minutes from old town Placerville to grab a great meal and shopping. The views are beautiful. Many birds to see, deer in the area. It was the perfect time of year to visit. The patio grill made it so nice to cook up some steaks and have a good dinner, which provided us with more time to visit with family. Beds are comfy, seating was comfy. A great find in this area! We hope to be back next year ."

"I would 100% recommend. The trailer is super cozy & has everything you need. Both the bed & futon are super comfy. The best part is the pond. It is such a peaceful lil place to take a breather & break from the hustle. It has a constant flow of water going through & it was so calming. We brought the dogs and they loved it as well. "This is one of the best places that I have ever stayed; the rooms are clean with tons of character. I love the style and the history of the place. There is a yard with a large outdoor kitchen and other fun games and stuff. Great for the kiddos! I'd like to find a reason to go back to the area just so that I can stay at this place again! And the American River is just right down the road (if you don't mind driving a gravel road). Love it and would definitely recommend! "
