Stacey called and said it was her fault and she would have the cleaner come immediately but the cleaner lived about an hour away. She then put us on hold to talk to the cleaner. After being on hold for about 15 minutes Stacey came back on the call and said “there’s been a break in” with the most pathetic attempt for panic I’ve ever heard.……

“I am an advid traveler, and I enjoy all types of lodging accommodations. However, this property was not presented as described. I never received check-in instructions nor the code to access the property even though the information was requested days before my arrival. Upon arriving to the property the exterior of the home was not maintain. The driveway was littered with multiple trash bags and empty alcohol content and the trash bin was full to capacity.
