“Was a big scare when we reached the apartment and found out this was no one there for check in & no instruction sent before our arrival. In this remote location, the mobile connection is bad and I luckily able connected to WiFi in an indian Resturant. Found an old email thread, replied to it and luckily i received a Uk phone number to call for self check in instruction. Felt quite worried at the beginning with my wife and boys and about where we sleep . Not a good experience ”

“The apartment is very conveniently located in the heart of Leicester. It didn’t take us long to walk to anywhere in the city. Lovely decor and super modern. Had all the facilities we needed, full kitchen, living area and double bedroom. The only downsides were that the bathroom had a really strong drain smell and then in a morning we’d get food smells in the kitchen that seemed to be coming through from other apartments. These are more building issues rather than the stay itself though. The……

“The cottage has a open plan, it had a large stunning wood burning stove ,with wood mantelpiece and bricks, Kitchen with a island table with plenty cupboards space , with pots and pans , Dishes glasses, oven, microwave, hob coffee maker ,toaster and a kettle, Kings size bed ,two bedrooms both with ensuite bathroom, dining area They have thought of everything, from cleaning materials to towels hoover and floor mop , place is impeccable very clean , welcome basket with wine and biscuits. “Top notch. Great communication from the vendor before arriving and they met me there when I arrived. Clean flat, safe access, well stocked. Car parking was free 6pm to 7am and you can pay via the app or pay £20 in the NCP. Will definitely use again. ”
